Internship

* Before starting the internship procedures, please take a look at the Internship Application Principles, the scope of the Internship Report, and the Internship Flowchart.

* Additionally, please check DD.007 Rafet Engineering Faculty General Principles for Internship, if necessary.

General Documents Related to Pre-Internship

Required documents for internship;

* FR.001, FR.010 , and for students who will do their internship abroad, FR.012.

* According to the information provided in the internship announcement published by Rafet Kayış Engineering Faculty, you should upload the FR.001 and FR.010 documents, and if required, the FR.012 document to the system (Google Forms) within the specified dates.

* Students in the Turkish department can upload the Turkish versions of the documents.

General Documents for Post-Internship

* Within the first 3 days after the end of the internship, staj puantajı must be submitted to the student affairs office in person or via email. "Internship Logbook", "FR.133 Student Internship Status (Evaluation) Form", and "Internship Attendance Record Form" must be submitted to the student affairs office within the first 30 days after the start of the new term.

* In the first 3 days after the end of the internship, FR.139 should be sent to Rafet Kayış Engineering Faculty internship unit by hand or via e-mail (muhendislik.staj@alanya.edu.tr). The original of the Internship Book, FR.133 Student Internship Registry (Assessment) Form and FR.139 must be submitted to the student affairs office within 30 days after the start of the new semester.

INTERNSHIP LOGBOOK AND REPORT

* The Internship Logbook should be organized based on the information provided in the scope of the Internship Report, which includes:

1. Cover Page (First Page of the Internship Logbook)
2. Daily Task Schedule (Second Page of the Internship Logbook)
3. Table of Contents
4. Figures, Pictures, Tables, and Appendices (Include any of these options if applicable)
5. Questions between sections 1 to 4 as specified in the Internship Report scope
6. Detailed daily tasks page (Page 3 of the Internship Logbook). Include at least one page for each day.
7. Question 5 as specified in the Internship Report scope, followed by References and Appendix section (Include References and Appendix section if required).
8. Evaluation form in the Internship Logbook (Page 4 of the Internship Logbook).

* FR.133 Internship Evaluation Form should be filled out by the company official and placed in a sealed envelope. The student should not be able to see the contents of the envelope.

* The Internship Logbook should be submitted as a complete notebook, with spiral binding (Not valid for 2023 Summer Term July internship). Typing it on a computer will ensure a more organized presentation.

* Students in the Turkish department can use the Turkish versions of the documents.
